New Balance 1400 2

The New Balance 1400v2 is the latest version of the 1400 series. This running shoe will definitely serve you well now that it already has a light weight. For sure, you can fully utilize this shoe for normal trainings, as well as speed work. Because of this, there are many people who are very interested to know more about it.

This latest version of the New Balance 1400 already has a reduced weight, which is really good news for those who have been users of this shoe since its first version. Because of this, you will be able to do more, and you will also be able to enjoy more. For a running shoe, one of the best things that anyone wants is a lightweight, and it really makes me happy that the New Balance 1400v2 has this.
The New Balance 1400v2 has added responsiveness and durability despite its minimalism. With the presence of the REVlite midsole foam, you will certainly enjoy using this shoe for a much longer time. This material is 30% lighter compared to the other foams used in other running shoes.
Arch Support and Pronation Control
The New Balance 1400 is a neutral running shoe. Specifically, this is suitable for people with medium to high arches. For people with neutral pronation, this shoe is really suitable for you. Actually, neutral pronators can actually use a variety of running shoes, but with the specialized neutral running shoes, you will be able to get the right amount of cushioning and support that you need during running.
Every runner has specific needs, and it is very important to meet those needs. This is the reason why you really have to determine the arch support and pronation control that are necessary for you. If you do not know how to determine it yourself, you can definitely ask help from professional trainers, so that you can get the most suitable running shoe, and will get the best benefits.
Terrain
The New Balance 1400 is a running shoe that is used on terrains such as the road, track and gravel. You may want to try it on more challenging terrains such as the trail, but it would be risky. The trail is more challenging than the road that is why you can expect that something wrong might happen to you. Moreover, running on the trail may decrease the lifespan of your shoe. It would be much better to just use this shoe on less challenging terrains.
Use
One of the good things about this running shoe is that, there are many activities that you can do with it. When it comes to the use of the New Balance 1400, you can do normal trainings. By using this particular shoe, your performance in running will definitely improve. Aside from normal trainings, this shoe is also for speed work. Some of the examples of speed work that you can do with the shoe are sprinting and racing. There are many runners who prefer a running shoe that can be used for both activities.
Durability
Because of the REVlite® midsole foam of the New Balance 1400, the durability of this shoe is ensured. This is very important to make sure that it will not easily break down in the middle of the run. Upon buying your own running shoe, the durability is one of the things that you need to consider so that your money  will be worth it.
Outer Sole
On the outer sole of the New Balance 1400, you can find the Blown Rubber. This rubber outer sole material increases the responsiveness and cushioning of this shoe. With this, it means that whatever your needs are, this shoe can provide them to you. Having the protection that you need, you will definitely be able to survive running.
In a shoe, its outer sole is exposed to various types of terrains, and because of this, it is really important that it has the best feature that can withstand the challenges along the way. It is a good thing that the New Balance 1400 has the Blown Rubber, which is even used in some other running shoes today.
Midsole
A lightweight and responsive cushioning is what you can get from the feature that is found on the midsole of the New Balance 1400. This shoe has REVlite® midsole foam. Other than cushioning, this foam also provides comfort while running. It is very important to ensure that you are comfortable while running. There are many things that you can do if you are comfortable.
Upper
The majority of the upper portion of this shoe is covered with an open mesh. Because of the mesh, there is great breathability that makes sure that your feet remain cool and dry while running. This contributes a lot to making yourself comfortable. Your feet will not easily sweat, and lead to moisture buildup inside the shoe.

The New Balance 1400 is a minimalist running shoe that will surely provide you your needs, especially if you are really into minimalist running. Unlike other running shoes, this shoe does not have so much cushioning that is why you cannot really expect that it can provide you the cushioning that you need. If there was more cushioning to it, it would be heavier, and it would no longer provide a minimalist running experience. This neutral running shoe is appropriate to be used by those people with neutral pronation. Even though neutral pronators can use a wide variety of running shoes, the specialized neutral running shoes are still a lot better to use.

The price of the New Balance 1400 ranges is $100. The good thing about this shoe is that, there is no need for you to spend too much. You will be able to get all the benefits of this shoe at an affordable price.

New Balance 5000

When it comes to ultra- light racing, shoes like the New Balance 5000 should be on top of your shopping list. This new collection of racing flats from New Balance takes the cake when it comes to speed work and racing on the track, gravel and road. The shoe is designed in a light packaging with minimal features to promote a barely- there feel. It offers a combination of the snug fit, durable traction and breathable environment that would surely keep the runner happy and comfortable on the road while conquering miles. The New Balance 5000 is available in two versions: the spike- less model and the spiked one. When the two are compared, there are more similarities than differences. One of its differences is the weight measurements. Due to the presence of spikes, the New Balance 5000 Spike is 17 grams heavier than the spike- less version. The spikes are measured at ¼ inch, so the forefoot height is also different between the two. Fortunately, the spikes are designed to be removable so runners could customize their own running experience.
Arch Support and Pronation Control
The New Balance 5000 is considered as a minimalist or barefoot shoe. It offers no arch support, like a medial post, since it only has minimal features. However, its outsole can control supination or under pronation to reduce the risks of pain or injury for the runner.
Terrain
The outsole of the New Balance 5000 is engineered to tackle the track and road well. Its midsole cushioning is adequate to provide a responsive ride on hard surfaces.
Use
The New Balance 5000 is designed for speed work and racing. Its featherweight platform and outsole work together to provide a barely- there feel to keep the runner swift on his feet. The shoe is also used to track workouts.
Durability
The New Balance 5000 has a low durability threshold because of its minimal features. In addition, some spikes on the shoe’s undersurface are already showing up on the sides. This might be a sign of poor quality or low durability after excessive use.
Outer Sole
The outsole of the New Balance 5000 is not as aggressive because it is only designed for the track and road. It has enough cushioning to minimize the landing impact on hard surfaces, so the underfoot is well- protected from the shock during mid-foot and forefoot striking. The main outsole material of the shoe is the Dynaride outsole. For the spiked version, there is an additional TPU Plate and TPU Spike Configuration to accommodate the spikes. The outer sole of the New Balance 5000 provides high performance traction that works on the track and road.
Midsole
Since the New Balance 5000 is a minimalist or barefoot shoe, it has no need for cushioning systems that could hinder a neutral foot motion. However, it does feature a thin midsole foam. The lightweight REVlite midsole offers underfoot coverage from the forefoot to the heel. Even with a featherweight midsole, the runner can still enjoy a stable and responsive ride on hard surfaces.
Upper
The New Balance 5000 has an upper construction made of synthetic mesh and overlays. The mesh layers cover the majority of the upper to ensure a high standard of flexibility and breathability. In fact, its lightweight material provides a barely- there feel for the runner. The whole upper is incorporated with the popular and reliable Technology. With its presence, the shoe offers a more snug fit without sacrificing flexibility.
The aerodynamic profile of the New Balance 5000 will certainly be a factor that would enhance your performance and speed in road racing and track workouts. Since it is frequently listed in “Best of” running lists, you would never go wrong with this ultra- light racing model. It is strategically engineered to assist your foot while it cycles through a natural gait. Its light and comfortable platform will also keep you on top of your game and bring you the confidence to conquer more miles in one run. Despite the minimal features, the New Balance 5000 will facilitate a responsive and efficient stride for your benefit.
Price
The New Balance 5000 originally retails at $125.

The First New Balance 2015 Football Boots

First New Balance 2015 Football Boot Colorways Leaked! New Balance is set to enter the football market with a blue boot launch colorway, after it emerged that Warrior Football will be rebranded as New Balance.
The first blue 2015 New Balance Boot features an external heel counter and a special mesh heel area for a more stability. The outsole of the new New Balance Football Boots comes with the NB logo and has a similar studs alignment as the Adidas F50 Adizero.

The most remarkable element of the first 2015 New Balance is the honeycomb upper structure. The upper looks similar to Nike's Hypervenom Phantom NikeSkin. New Balance had already used a similar upper material for the Minimus Road Zero Running Shoe in 2011. The lettering New Balance is printed on the instep, while the NB logo is placed on the heel of the first 2015 New Balance Football Shoe.
The two-layer mesh upper of the first New Balance Soccer Cleat is made for a soft and flexible fit, while being extremely light for a barefoot like feel. A honeycomb structure is expected to provide better ball control in wet and dry conditions. Albeit the forefoot area of the New Balance is flexible, the heel area of 2015 New Balance features a stiffer synthetic material for more stability.
The first New Balance 2015 Soccer Boot Colorways will be royal blue with white and orange applications, while New Balance will also unveil a Navy / Turquoise launch colorway.
